Sheringham Croft Management Ltd keeps a clear note of what a client has received and what a client has paid. We email that note. We do not sell houses, and we do not tell you where to put money.
You send the papers: bills, receipts, and a list of what came in. We sort them into money received and money spent.
If a figure is missing, we ask. We do not guess a number to make the page look finished.
The note is short. It says the period, the total in, the total out, and what is still unpaid. You can read it without a specialist beside you.
The dates, the amounts, and who was paid. A scan or a clear photo of a bill is enough to start. See the book for the sort of pages we work from.
We do not choose investments. We do not fill in a tax return as part of this work. We set out what has already happened.
